Introduction	The YWCA Delaware Center for Women's Entrepreneurship is uniquely positioned in the department of Economic Advancement, which comprises Homeownership and Financial Literacy. At the Department of Economic Advancement, our mission is to help women and their families achieve economic independence through savings and building assets, homeownership, entrepreneurship and career advancement. Specifically at the Center, we want to be the go to small business resource for start-ups, emerging and established businesses with technical assistance with business planning, marketing, organization development and other key skill sets to help your small business maximize its success. The YWCA Delaware is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all. The YWCA approach is one of holistic economic empowerment and success, and to that end, we meet clients “where they are,” develop individualized action plans with specific steps to reach both short and long term goals, and support clients for as long as it takes to help them achieve their goals.
