Introduction	I am a teacher, wife, and amateur gourmand. However, since the "teacher" part of that doesn't leave much money for the "gourmand" part of things, I do a lot of cooking at home. My husband works in the wine industry, so we've always got a fun bottle or two to pair with dinner!
