| Introduction | Originally from Bristol in England, I migrated to Australia in 1991, and have enjoyed every minute of life here. There are great wines, and fantastic foods to be had. I have two grown up children, who live in the city (Perth), while I have chosen to live in the 'bush' with my partner, our two dogs, one cat and three Dexter cows. I work as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Older Adult Mental Health. Currently I am studying for my Masters to be a nurse practitioner. I adore cooking....but hate clearing up the mess I make! |
| Interests | I have 11.5 acres of land in Toodyay...not big, but big enough to have a couple of cows. I love doing things around my 'hobby farm', including growing my own fruit and veg. Great fun. |
| Favorite movies | I have several favourite movies....which seems to change as every new movie comes out. I really enjoy old movies.....and there are too many to list here! |
| Favorite music | I am still buried in the 60's when it comes to music, and really loved Patsy Cline. I do like people like Seal, Nora Jones, KD Lang, The Killers, Powderfinger, Snow Patrol. |
| Favorite books | I have been put off reading for pleasure by all the literature I have had to study! I do love the classics though....Pride and Prejudice, Northanger Abbey, Wuthering Heights....but really loved Cider with Rosie, as it was set in the West Country of England where I grew up. |
