Introduction	I was successfully "sleeved" Dec. 27, 2011, and I'm moving forward on my weight-loss journey with a philosophy that just because you're eating less doesn't mean you can't eat some darn good food. Food can still be the sensual, delectable, aromatic treat it's always been and my goal is to find recipes, exercises and techniques that fit with my program and share them on my bariatric blog.
