| Introduction | I run, I swim, I bike, I have babies, and I write about all of it because blogging is cheaper than therapy. Most of my time is devoted to raising 6 crazy kids with my awesome husband of 18 years, and trying to reinvent my career in order to support the large brood. I moonlight as a 40-something woman on a journey to better health, mental & physical, through the sport of triathlon which I discovered by accident many years ago.
