| Introduction | Myra Evans-Manyweather is a Storyteller for Change. Her mission is to lend her story and voice to help empower others to innovate their way out of poverty by doing what they can for as long as they can. Her book, Start Where You Are: My Journey from Childhood Poverty to Passionate Entrepreneur highlights her personal journey and inspire others to start where you are, grow your gifts and talents and build your legacy. Lieutenant Colonel Myra Evans-Manyweather, USAF (Retired), is the President and owner of Global e-Talent Network 7 and a 20-year veteran of the USAF with over 30 years combined military and civilian service. She is a certified Defense Financial Manager, certified Process Improvement Green Belt, trained ToPS Facilitator, alumni of the Alamo, Leadership Federal Executive Board, and the recipient of the USAF 2016 Blacks in Government Meritorious Service Award. She volunteers in her local church as well as in her community as a Social Entrepreneur Advisor and is the 2nd VP of the local chapter of Blacks in Government. |
