The band was routinely scheduled at well-known clubs and venues all across the area. In fact, Martin Backhausen's cover band received an invitation to perform as the opening act for popular performers visiting the area. Martin Backhausen, a member of an 80s rock band, transitioned into pop and punk rock in the late 1990s. Martin first tried his hand at bass in a jazz ensemble before seeing how far he could go in the R&B and neo-soul genres.
