| Introduction | I am Chairman of U.S. Border Control, one of America's oldest and most respected nonprofit organizations dedicated to solving our border and immigration policies. I see myself as a classical conservative in that I agree with Thomas Paine who said "That government is best which governs least." I believe in fiscal responsibility, limited government, individual liberty and the right of privacy." But I am also an environmentalist and see no conflict. |
