Please describe how you could take the peel off an apple all in one go:
I'd use one of those peelers my family purchased either at a church bazaar, the CNE or from TV. You put the apple on this skewr (sp?) and then you put what kind of looks like a razor on the apple and you turn the crank. The apple rotates while the razor makes its way around the fruit, creating a long, thin spiral peel. Let's make applesauce and latkes!
