| Introduction | When I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 41, life changed for me. It shook me and I realized what really is and is not in my control. It was time to own up to what is controllable where my health was concerned and never again be weak by my own choices. My why is to become stronger in all aspects of my life...spiritually, mentally, and physically. There is no failing, just learning and tweaking, on this journey.
