Introduction	Born in the Netherlands and living in the U.S. since age ~7. Raised in suburban Upstate New York. Working on improving my Vietnamese so I can struggle less when communicating with my Vietnamese parents, relatives, and others in the Vietnamese-speaking community. Promoting recognition of the Vietnamese heritage language user. Spreading the word that it's OK to be Vietnamese and not necessarily speak the language well or even at all.
