| Introduction | My name is Ariel and I’m a 20 year old single mother to my sweet Sophia Lee, born May 24th, 2012. I’m currently attending school, only part time, with hopes of getting my degree in nursing. Going to school is hard, I hate leaving my darling daughter, but I know it’s a necessary step for us! Sophia and I live with my parents and 5 siblings. It’s a crazy house, but I’m so grateful to have the help of my family. A lot of single moms my age aren’t always as lucky. I’m also so grateful that Sophia has built in friends - her aunts and uncles. They love her dearly and she adores them as well! Being a parent is hard, but I cannot imagine my life any other way. Sophia came at the perfect time, she’s my little angel baby, and she saved my life. She gave meaning to it when there wasn’t any, and made me grow up and become a much better person.
