Introduction Two weeks ago I was at the end of training for my fourth marathon, aiming to hit the 3:30's this time. I was running 60 mpw, lifting weights and doing yoga. I was in great shape. Two weeks later I am struggling to walk more than a mile and my body is trashed after a hospital visit that changed my life. This blog is a way of trying to cope with the changes, to try to rebuild myself and grow as a person facing a difficult challenge.
