| Introduction | Google me and you'll find that I am a journalist with a varied background in TV and print, business, local breaking news and now food. The interest in cooking was piqued after my two girls were born. I was determined that they would learn to love the Indian food I grew up eating. One day, after waking up at my usual 1:30 a.m. to report for my station's morning show I suddenly realized they'd never get beyond pre-packaged pasta if I didn't take a minute to step back from my career and get reaquainted with my kitchen. This blog is my attempt to cook every Indian recipe I grew up with at least once from sweet to savory. I figured if I didn't do it for them - who would? |
