| Introduction | Dr. Ebinabo Ofrey is a Medical Doctor, a health management consultant and Business/Management Consultant with a degree in medicine and an MBA who has been involved with several human capital development initiatives specifically targeted at youths to help them become economically independent, socially responsible and contribute to the development of their communities. His core competencies are: Entrepreneurial Training and Mentorship, Business Development and Management Training and Business Extension Services targeted at helping ongoing businesses grow. He is also a Pastor. He is currently the head of medical services, Bayelsa Health Services Scheme BHSS and is the Managing Director of Barth Consulting Nigeria Limited (BCNL). He has a passion for starting and growing businesses a skill which was acquired by having been involved in a few startup businesses himself. Dr. Ebinabo Ofrey’s business plans have won prizes nationally. He is a business mentor to various businesses privately, for the Federal Government of Nigeria and Toastmasters International. |
