When you hesitate before hitting snooze on your alarm clock, are you being lazy?
You hit snooze on the alarm clock, because the alarm gave no thought to the quality of your sleep or awakening. But instead of hitting snooze, how about simply getting a clock which wakes you at the right time in your sleep cycle and in the right way?
