| Introduction | I recently moved to Tomar in Central Portugal and am excited to start cooking for retreats and workshops. I also have experience with juice fasting and detox. I graduated from Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition in Berkeley, California as a Natural Chef and Nutrition Educator in 2005. I have been working as a natural chef and nutrition educator since then. Using my nutrition education skills to teach clients how to eat in the most nutritious and delicious way for themselves and their families and creating special healing diets for clients and preparing great tasting nutritious meals for them. I also do sessions of Nutrition Education for private clients assisting them with their nutritional needs. I am also a certified level one Zhineng Qigong practitioner and a musician. |
