| Introduction | I am awaiting the birth of my first baby... a little boy, who we were certain was a little girl! Being pregnant has had it's ups and downs, but it's endlessly entertaining to watch him move in my belly. I've had a major "thing" for orange Fanta throughout my pregnancy and a total aversion to shrimp! I work full time as a physical therapist, which is getting a little more physically demanding lately. I've been a PT over 5 years and specialize in Women's Health issues. I am excited about working a little less to spend time with our little one. We have one very furry baby, our 80 lb labrador, Taylor. We think she'll be an excellent big sis. Jacob works in medical sales, which brought us to Missouri. He loves his job and tries to get in a little golf in his free time. He is excited about being a dad and has read "She's Having a Baby-I'm Having a Breakdown" from cover to cover. |
| Interests | I love shopping for literally anything (really), especially great bargains. Helping others through my work, movies, baking, exercise (in that order), avid reader, and traveling because I can't learn enough about other cultures. Have been getting more into art/art history recently... just can't afford to buy any of it. |
| Favorite movies | Too many! The Godfather is my favorite, which is pretty random, knowing me. Jacob & I see movies like it's our job since our movie-going will be curtailed with Baby's arrival. I enjoyed Doubt and Benjamin Button. Both are excellente! We just saw Milk and Gran Torino... all of the above have made me cry. |
