Introduction	I’m a Realtor and real estate investor based in the Washington DC Metro area. My wife, Raquan, and I have been investing seriously for the past two years. We finally decided to stop buying “how to” real estate books and start investing. During the fourth quarter of 2007 we acquired two properties, one a single family rental and the other a single family, full renovation project. I’ve always had a passion for real estate. Ever since I played my first game of Monopoly… there was something about owning property that seemed exciting and a lot of fun. I didn’t even mind owning Mediterranean & Baltic Avenues. The thrill of acquiring properties and building wealth made my blood boil! Now… I do it for real!
