| Introduction | Born in New Orleans, Attended Jesuit High and Tulane University, Captained the baseball team. All S.E.C and Member of Tulane Athletic Hall of Fame, Minor League Baseball Player. Former member of the Chicago Board Options Exchange and Pacific Stock Exchange, where he held and traded the largest position on the floor. Developed many of the strategies used today to manage options portfolios. Father of Caroline and Christine Olagues, his beautiful and intelligent daughters. Built and managed the Paihia Beach Resort in the Bay of Islands New Zealand. Presently a consultant to employees and executives on equity compensation risk management. He advises the use of listed call selling and put buying to hedge risks associated with holding equity compensation, especially employee stock options. Wrote the book Getting Started in Employee Stock Options published by Wiley and Sons 2010 on the topic of How to Manage Your Employee Stock Options. |
