| Introduction | Balfour Farm is a certified organic dairy farm located on 101 acres of beautiful Maine farm land.We milk between 12-20 cows, mostly Normande and Jersey. In addition to bottling our milk, we make a variety of soft and hard cheeses which are sold fresh at the farm and local farmers markets, year round. We also make butter, yogurt,and greek yogurt. |
