Introduction	Welcome to the Blog! My name is Jasmin Sokhi, briefly introducing myself, I am currently working in a Law Firm based in Delhi. I have a wide range of experience including Arbitration and Conciliation matters, filing of Recovery Suits, Legal Advisory, Getting sanction from the Hon'ble NCLT for approval the Scheme of Arrangement by way of Demerger/Amalgamation under Companies Act, etc. Lawpedia is an initiative started to assist individuals in Pro-bono matters, and help students learn and comprehend law better. The motto is to assist individuals, who are denied justice because they are unable to pay the legal fees.
