IntroductionArtist, spouse, mother, sister, aunt, friend, counselor, minister... these and a gazillion other words describe me, but the one that fits best is SURVIVOR. A survivor of abuse, trauma, cancer, suicide x 2...a survivor of losses too numerous to tally. Happy, sad, and anywhere in between, art has been my constant companion. My career with hospice, funeral care, and bereavement support often surface in my creations and address questions of faith, hope, renewal, and forgiveness. Art is my therapy, my voice, my truth. Art heals. It really does. I invite you to grab your creative voice and come along for the ride.

Your pajamas have duckies on them. Why did you switch from choo-choos?

The train whistle kept me up all night.
