| Introduction | I was founded after WWII as a replacement for the League of Nations to stop wars between countries and provide an area for diplomacy. I have 192 member states, all of whom vote in my General Assembly. But most of my big decisions are made by the Security Council, which has five permanent members: USA, Russia, Britain, France, and China. |
