| Introduction | I started off in Italy, and now I have landed by the Great Lakes by way of New Mexico, Pennsylvania, New York and Minnesota. I love the outdoors, I long for the mountains, but in the meanwhile I enjoy the hills and lakes by swimming, biking and running whenever I can. My day job makes me a college professor, my home life includes a wonderful husband, a goofy German shepherd and a passion for cooking with fresh, organic produce and meats. |
