| Introduction | I received my BS from Colorado State University as Wildlife Biologist. I didn't really enjoy completing coyote counts in Montana, so I looked into teaching. I discovered it was my niche! Now, I'm a 7th grade science teacher for a middle school in Colorado Springs. I've been a teacher for seven years and love every minute of it!! Along with my many 7th graders feeling like my own kids, I have a two year old named Logan. He and my husband, Neil are the loves of my life. My love for family and science has definitely shaped my life to what it is now. However, I'm looking for some new challenges to my career, hence my idea to get my Masters in Technology. I'm hoping this degree will help me be a better teacher because I will be able to incorporate more technology into my class. |
