Introduction	I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Endometriosis last year. Finally found a great doctor to do a surgery (2nd) to clean me up! Also recently found out I have PCOS and am Pre-diabetic. My husband also has a slight issue with fertility, but nothing major. We are going to try our first IUI treatment September 2011. I am nervous and excited at the same time! We have been trying to get pregnant off and on for about 9 years now. It has been a long bumpy road and we hope to become parents very soon, that would be a dream come true.
