Introduction	Hi, I'm Kat. I am a bento enthusiast and I make bento box lunches for myself and my fiance. I have changed a lot during my short lifetime, and I know I will continue to change as I grow and mature. One of my most recent changes was my weight loss journey for the past few years. I lost about 100lbs. Also, I went Gluten Free last August because of digestion issues, so I have been blogging a lot more gluten free bentos, as well as Gluten free recipes. I also enjoy baking Gluten Free, Vegan and Refined Sugar Free. I post my recipes whenever I can, so keep an eye out for my successful experiments.
