| Introduction | Wife. Mom of boys. Sunset Chaser. Music lover. Wellness warrior. Happiness coach. I originally started this blog to help inspire others. But somewhere along the way I lost myself, in the busy-ness of social work and mama life and forgot to look after myself for a while. Depression and anxiety came and went more often and I would find myself coping with food, alcohol and cigarettes. I became a Beachbody coach in desperation because I needed to lose weight for my wedding. I needed inspiration to get back to being me. I ended up finding my niche there with a loving, positive support system of women (and some men) who help others. My life changed. Not just from losing weight. But from freeing myself from physical, emotional, spiritual and mental negativity. Using the tools I have learned over the last couple of years, I woke up. I am living life to the absolute fullest and loving every moment. Just when you think it can't possibly get any better... it does. So my light is shining bright, my energy is vibing high. My love is strong. I hope to spread more love and light to those who need guidance out of the darkness. Peace and love. |
