| Introduction | In January 2020 I moved back to apartment living in Sydney after 6 years of living a largely self-sufficient life in rural South East Queensland - which involved organic food growing and hand making as much as possible. My new journey is to discover how self-sufficient I can be with a small balcony, a community garden and crop swaps. Over the 6 years I had varying degrees of success with preserves, fermented foods, cheese, soap, candles, body products and much more. This blog will be a documentation of my journey.
