| Introduction | I love the beach and my place here in the Middle of Nowhere. On the beach there is an area called the "swash zone." The "swash zone" is the white part of the ocean water that washes ashore after a wave has broken. It is where changes take place on the beach. I'm hoping this will be a swash zone of sorts, where my own evolution from drinker to non-drinker will take place. |
