| Introduction | I created FleaBabe so that I could share the things I love-flea markets, yard and estate sales, resale shops and all things vintage, and new objects with a vintage vibe, in both home decor and fashion. I'm an artist who has designed fabric, accessories, and tableware, and have published articles on design, shopping and realtionships as well as personal essays and humor pieces. Most recently, I became an art and antiques appraiser so that I could learn how value the fantastic loot I discover in my search for all things great and vintage. When not out buying other people's used stuff, I make collages and adult dioramas. My collections include vintage: radios, typewriter ribbon tins, children's watercolor sets, boxed games and game boards. |
