| Introduction | My name is Denice,but I have always been called Denny by my family. So I am "Grandma Denny" because my children and grandchildren have lots of grandmas to refer to. My husband is John, called Johnny by his family. He is "Grandpa" because they don't have as many grandpas. My parents are Keith and Winona (Nonie). His ancestors were early immigrants to New England and the South and were Mormon pioneers. Hers came from Sweden and Germany in the late 1800s. Grandpa's parents were Juan (John in the US) and Pauline. He came from the Basque country in Spain, and her parents were from Switzerland. |
