| Introduction | We are a voluntary group raising funds and awareness for Breast Cancer Now in Sutton Coldfield & the West Midlands. Through the generosity of friends, family and the local community, we have now raised over £800,000 for the Charity so our next target has to be one million pounds! Our group was established in 1997. We help to raise funds by holding all sorts of different events - from glamorous charity balls to car boot sales, from balloon releases to Christmas Fairs, from golf days to walks in the park - the main idea is to keep the FUN in fundraising! We also help other people in our local community to get involved and support them in their fundraising too by supplying Breast Cancer Now pins and pink ribbons, balloons, leaflets and collecting tins, by coming along to accept a cheque and talk about breast cancer awareness or simply to give a little advice. Of course we are always glad of a little help ourselves too! If you can spare some time, have a particular talent, or can offer your services like photocopying or selling tickets for an event, we would love to hear from you!
