Introduction	is an emerging music camp for girls and young women ages 10 to 17 in Lincoln County, West Virginia. It operates out of the Big Ugly Community Center in Harts, West Virginia and is supported by Step by Step, inc. We are a free music and mentoring program that seeks to build leadership skills, confidence, and self-worth in young women and girls through music creation and performance. By providing a nurturing environment that is receptive to artistic growth, RC4GA fosters female empowerment and social change.
