| Introduction | I am a long-term visitor to Sanibel with my family. We loved it so much that it became a topic of conversation year-round for us. Since we felt "invested" there, we decided to purchase a condo at Pointe Santo to be our family getaway. We chose Pointe Santo because for us, it had the best combination of tropical beauty, intimate and unobstructed visual contact with the Gulf and it was large enough to feel lively without being too crowded. We live in a semi-rural area in New England and so Sanibel's atmosphere of natural scenic splendor coupled with a touch of tasteful sophistication makes us feel at home- with a much better climate for most of the year! Our passions are biking, shells, food, long beach walks, pelican and dolphin watching, and snoozing by the edge of the beach. We are very active in renting our unit and have had the pleasure of accommodating over 200 guest families. Renting direct has been a great experience for us. Most everyone I have dealt with has been a pleasure and most seem to come away from their week or two on Sanibel with positive feeling. Many return so I guess that ol' Sanibel magic is alive and strong! |
