| Introduction | I joined the Lutheran School system in 1982 as a foundation staff member of Immanuel College Maroochydore, Qld. I returned to my home state SA in 1987 to join the staff of Faith Lutheran School Tanunda. I took on various roles, including Head of Maths, Year 12 Coordinator, Administration Director and Deputy Principal. In January 2000 I commenced as Principal of Unity College Murray Bridge – SA’s first R-12 school and now a large two-campus school of over 120 staff and 1000 students. In August 2007 I accepted the offer of appointment to become the inaugural Spiritual Development Facilitator for the LSA (SA/NT/WA). |
