| Introduction | I am a student and practitioner of metaphysics; a counselor and teacher. I love people and animals, and live my life with much gratitude. I believe that we help to create our health and have control over it by what we think and do. I believe in the power of meditation, positive affirmation, and love. I lived my life in a spiritual corset for years, and am now free! I try to listen more than I speak, hoping to learn from every experience. I am extremely open to all that life has to offer me. I believe in the Universal Mind, the One Consciousness. All is energy, and when we die, our spirit energy lives on. I believe that love is stronger than any other emotion. Let all that you do be based on love, and you cannot go far wrong. This means love for yourself and your neighbor, and love for this beautiful planet we live on! The older I get, the more I realize I still have to learn, but I do know this: It is best to love who you are. You are unique and sacred! You are more powerful than you know. The only thing holding you back is the limits you place on yourself! |
