| Interests | Interests are varying and wide. I love graphic design/photo/video editing music, films, cooking/baking, Anime, Mangas, vampires/werewolf stuff, art, crafts, reading, history/documentaries, true crime, camping/fishing (tho its been AGES!)(I don't like hunting but have no issue with it as long as it is for food, not sport!), horses, BritComs, tea houses and obscure coffee shops, pitbull rescue, GLBT rights, tattoos/piercings/body art, and lots of nerdy stuff in general. I am also starting 2 home based businesses. One is a home based business for aromatherapy. I'm intelligent, well educated and cultured, thanks to my great mum. Love meeting like minded people whose idea of fun is hitting a great art exhibit at a museum or seeing a foreign film at the cinema. I'm a homebody and a big nerd who finds intelligence sexy. I'm a mad genius who is a female mix of Monk, Mr. Bean and Sheldon Cooper.Just trying to live life at the moment, I like to live in the moment. I have 2 pitbull mixed rescues: (Malamute/Pitbull/Timberwolf/Greyhound), Padfoot and Pitbull/Staffordshire/Boxer, Mahoney. I have a mix of different beliefs and Native American Spirituality. I was raised in a New Age home by parents who were people of science and nature.I'm an Ordained Non-Denom Minister and Unitarian Universalist and attend a UU church. Our creed is "We need not think alike to love alike" and I live by that principle every day in my life. We are all on the same journey on the path to spiritual enlightenment to become one with the Creator. I'm very spiritual, more so than religious. I have a good set of morals/values and wish more people did too. I love volunteering in my community when I can. Despite the tats/piercings,having a dark look and style, deep down I am an old fashioned, country girl at heart. I'm just a plain jane in my pjs/t shirt, messy hair. |
| Favorite movies | Fave Movies/TV Shows: Horror, sci-fi, fantasy, vampire/werewolf, native american, asian horror, anime, drama, musicals, history, indies, documentary, disney, mystery/thrillers, classic/b&w,british, foreign, some comedy and romance, sometimes a little action. Don't watch much tv these days but channels I'm often on: Tru, USA, A&E, NatGeo, BIO, IFC, BBC, PBS, Dicovery, History, ID, Chiller. Few fave shows: King Of The Hill, Monk, Law & Order, Bones, True Blood, Weeds, Big Love, My So-Called Life, Friday The 13th: The Series, House, Criminal Minds, Metalocalypse, Robot Chicken, Pit Boss, Bones, Beyond Belief: Fact Or Fiction, The Big Bang Theory, American Horror Story, The Walking Dead, Grimm, Once Upon A Time. I love Adult Swim: King Of The Hill, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Boondocks, The Mighty Boosh and more. I love BritComs: Are You Being Served?, Keeping Up Appearances, Monty Python, Fawlty Towers, Vicar Of Dibley, Mr. Bean, The Peter Principle, Bottom, Young Ones, AbFab, Coupling. |
| Favorite music | Fave musical genres: New Age, World, Reggae, Classical, Metal, Classic Rock, Gothic, Punk, Musicals, OLD Jazz, Big Band/Swing Jazz, OLD Bluegrass (especially some of the gospel stuff), 50s, Country, a little R&B, Opera, Soundtracks, Trance, Industrial, Techno, Alternative and glam/hair bands. Not really into rap or hiphop, or a lot of screaming metal (cept a few songs here and there), just not a fan of the genres. |
| Favorite books | Books and other reading material: I LOVE MANGAS!!! The yaoi are the best! I read a lot of history every day. I enjoy books on Native American culture, New Age religions, alternative healing, Art, lots of fiction (mostly vampire and horror stuff - the short stories of vampire erotica is awesome!). I love Lord Of The Rings and Harry Potter series. Fave authors include: Anne Rice, Stephen King, JK Rowling, Tolkien, EA Poe, Shakespeare and enjoy re-reading the classics! I like a lot of magazines such as Gothic Beauty, Sage Woman, Native People, Curve. |
