| Introduction | How my Bears came about. Since my parents were divorced when my Grandmother passed away they felt that my sisters and I didn't need any kind of rememberance of her. My Aunt thought this was wrong she said she had some clothes from my grandmother and asked if there was something I could do with them . I decided to make bears from them this way my sisters and I could have a cherished memory of her I even gave one to my Aunt. We all had something special something we could look at and be reminded of happy memories or something we could just hug when we needed to. Since then I have made bunnies from my son in laws grandmothers clothes to be given as agift when someone in his family was expectinga baby. I even made a bear from my old wedding dress that I gave to my daughter on her wedding day. My bears are very special to me I think this is a wonderful way to keep a cherished memory close to your heart. I love seeing my Grandmother's Bear sitting on my night stand it brings back such special memories |
