Introduction	I'm Denton Bramwell, president of Promontory Management Group in Layton, Utah. I've had two remarkable strokes of good fortune in my career: becoming involved in Six Sigma in the late 1990s, then having the opportunity to take Six Sigma into a client with a world-class Toyota Production System already in place. Those two events were life-changing, opening more opportunities for enjoyable, productive engagements than I would have ever imagined.
