Introduction	Team Jake was born on Jan. 9, 2006 when our sweet boy Jake passed away in his sleep. In the past 5 years we have done many things to keep his memory alive. With the amazing love and support of our family and friends we have done just that. Team Jake began with around 30 people and five years later has grown close to 300! Jake continues to live in the hearts of those he knew and has touched so many others in ways we hardly knew possible. Words will never fully describe the loss we experienced that day but with the outpouring of love we have received year after year we find ourselves searching for new words to say, "thank you." We love you all for continuing to love our boy and for supporting our family year after year! "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose." Romans 8:28
