| Introduction | Paul is happily married with 3 kids. He graduated from Nanyang Technological University/National Institute of Education with first class honours in Music. His teachers include professor of violin at the National Institute of Education, Dr Choo Shiow Ling, SSO assistant leader, Kong Zhao Hui and lecturers at the Sydney Conservertorium of Music, Alexandru Todicescu and Christopher Kimber. Upon graduation, he taught Music and Physics at Hwa Chong Institution (formerly The Chinese High School) and conducted the String Orchestra. Under his direction, the orchestra obtained a gold award at the Singapore Youth Festival Central Judging and gave many public performances. Paul left the Ministry of Education in 2006 to pursue a career in bowmaking. He is currently based in Singapore as a full time bowmaker. He can be found at his shop, Paul S.J. Goh Bowmaker at 03-12 Beauty World Plaza, most of the time. |
