You've just inherited a manufacturing plant that specializes in plastics. What are you going to make?
Ironically I briefly worked for a manufacturing plant that specialized in plastics. I made approximately 100,000 golf shoe spikes and over 1,000,000 plastic popsicle sticks among other equally boring items. I don't know what I would manufactur, but it would be cooler than popsicle sticks.
