Introduction	I am a graduate student studying cellular and molecular nutrition, and will soon be able to add the letters RD to the end of my name. I suppose I am not what most people expect when they think of a nutrition student or an RD, but I'm okay with that. I am passionate about food and cooking, drink entirely too much diet coke, and would always choose a cupcake over carrot sticks. Join me on my journey towards becoming an RD and finishing graduate school.
