Introduction	G'day! We're Damon and Lauren. Married, with a 7 month old son, and sick of being unfit. We're both giving this P90X thing a shot for our own various reasons, but the common reason, is that we want to be healthy and fit parents to provide a positive role model for our son, and future children. Maybe getting fit will result in more kids...! Hopefully you enjoy this journey towards better bodies and a new life with us. And I really hope our end of journey pictures inspire someone to do something... Our 'old' bodies can be found in the first post. Hopefully we'll never go back to that.....
