Introduction	I'm a wife, homeschooling mother of 3 boys, daughter, sister, friend, and most importantly, a child of God. I've been a born-again believer of Jesus for about 15 years! I am in awe of the forgiveness of God for one such as me. I have a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, but now work at home full time. I have been on a health and fitness journey for many years and am thrilled to share my experiences with others. I had an eating disorder as a teenager, and gained 50 pounds with my first pregnancy. I love coffee, digital photography and scrapbooking, exercising, being silly, spending time with people-especially my family, the outdoors-especially the mountains, writing, cooking, and hospitality. .
