Introduction	I live in the hills above Edinburgh, and these days I enjoy hill-walking. Hence my view. I am a father, husband, friend, dog-owner and marketeer. After studying history I went to work in marketing and financial services. I have done so for 25 years now - for 3 different companies and for myself. And I have lived in 3 different countries - England, Scotland and Denmark! Since 1983 I have been an active Liberal and Liberal Democrat. I blog about politics, the world around me, and stuff I observe. The views here are my own. Whose else would they be?
