Introduction	You know that old saying - opposites attract? Well, Pedro and I are the classic example of that cliche! Let us give you a few examples to illustrate our point: Those who know Jennifer well would say she is: Miss Messy, silly, loud, soft on the outside yet sometimes hard on the inside, happy to eat at a restaurant for every meal, not willing to eat anything with hooves or paws, and more than slightly obsessed with Starbucks. While those who know Pedro well would say he is: Mr.Clean, serious, hard on the outside but soft on the inside, obsessed with his own cooking, loves to eat anything that has previously had a heartbeat, and enjoys his espresso straight up from the Portuguese coffee shop. Convinced yet? So how did we meet? We have our friends Wendy and Paulo Martins to blame (thank) for that. We were both in their wedding party. Was it love at first sight? It was something pretty powerful to keep us interested for more than 10 years! It's been worth the wait, right Pedro?
