Introduction	I'm a husband and father of three children, including a set of twins. Life is exceptionally busy, and finding the time to exercise can be a challenge even on the easy days. I'm hoping that sharing my experiences can help motivate others to take up running, cycling, triathlon, or whatever it may be that leads them to a happier and healthier self. I'm just an average guy that got up off the couch one day and decided to get active. That decision has made an incredibly positive impact on my life, so I hope that I can inspire even one person to take up the challenge.
